New Prints

I know I know I have been a very bad blogger and well, what can I say at least I have been a very good Tweeter! Yes this twitter addiction has taken over my blogging world and I now have to get back to my roots and step it up a notch. Here is a new print I just added in my shop.

I am really enjoying having this shop and I just finished creating a custom Family Tree print for a client and I have to say its been awhile since I have dealt with the general public and I am pleasantly delighted with all the response. I have become somewhat of an introvert which is contrary to my personality in my licensing business. Its not easy to converse with people when you work at home alone, but with Twitter and Etsy I am finding all sorts of new friends.

I just want to thank all of you who follow me on Twitter and I am enjoying our conversation very much.

Enjoy your weekend, I will be spreading mulch and getting ready for my upcoming meetings at Surtex and The National Stationery Show.

These are some new prints you can purchase in my shop.

I think they are perfect gifts for Mother's Day which is right around the corner! I myself never seem to get to enjoy the full day because I am always preparing for my meetings with clients at the Stationery Show and Surtex. These past two years though since I am not exhibiting at Surtex I can at least have half of the day to enjoy it. I am not sure what this year will bring, I am getting sick of the usual going out to eat non-sense.. so maybe a day trip or Whale Watch.

I have to confess to blogland that I have been a very bad blogger and that is all because I am completely addicted to Twitter.

If you are on Twitter come follow me for the ride! I highly recommend it if you like chit chatting while working. As many of my friends know I am very fond of the chatter so it comes as no surprise that I am on Twitter allot! I have also become fond of Skype and have enjoyed chatting with one of my close friends in Colorado on it. There is nothing better than seeing the person you are talking to, unless of course you are naked!

This a new item I will be offering in the shop.. custom family tree prints! This is an example of mine, and I hope in the future to offer kits too. I think with the economy so bad there is no better gift than one that reminds you of your close ones. If you are interested in having a custom print just go to my shop and send me an email here!

It is a beautiful sunny day here in Massachusetts and I am getting very excited for the weather to get warmer. There is nothing like cocktails on my deck when its nice out and soon it will be here!

Easter Time

Chocolate Bunnies, Peeps, jellybeans, baskets, pastels, pretty dresses and patent leather shoes! Yes its Easter Time! As a child of the Spring I have always enjoyed Easter and all that it represents, the re-birth and re-new of life. Nothing feels better than putting on a new bright outfit and showing it off in the parade of the day. I know my boys do not enjoy putting on their fine duds but I make them do it anyway. I always try to instill in them a sense that sometimes its important to dress up and participate in the ritual. I think they just do it because "mommy said so!" but also because intuitively they know its important. So is everyone ready for Easter on Sunday? I still have to get my goodies for the boys and well this year it will be different since the jig is up.. my soon to be 9 year-old knows its "just a man in a bunny suit!" I did not appreciate it that he told his 5 yr old brother this but knew it was coming. He says he still believes in Santa but I am thinking he is just playing with me.

I am just hoping for a nice sunny day since its raining like buckets here and the opening day for the Red Sox had to be postponed. I know we need the rain.. but come on
give me my sun!!
