Hello all I know I have been quite absent from my blog, things have been busy around here. I recently took a trip to my old city.. NYC to hang with friends for my birthday. It was nice to get away for the weekend without the kiddies for a change. My husband and I went to see the amazing Tim Burton show at Moma and had some fabulous cocktails and bites at my friends apt which we were staying in. I am sooo lucky to have close friends who live right in the heart of the city and have an amazing roof deck to boot! Yes folks a roof deck in NYC!! Its fantastic and that night they took off to go to their country house in Bucks county PA so hubby and I had the place all to ourselves all weekend. Sat night we had friends over for pre-cocktails and bites and then headed up to the fabulous roof deck bar at the Empire Hotel.
We had such a great time and its rare for all of us to hang these days with such busy schedules that it was an extra special treat! I am busy working away here in the studio on some new collections and characters for my upcoming show at the LIcensing Expo in Vegas in June. I am very excited to be at this new venue, since it used to be in NYC. Many of my fellow artist friends will be showing there as well like, Robin Zingone, Leere' Aldrich, and Ronnie Walter. I am looking forward to the opening night party at the Four Seasons and connecting to new and exciting clients!!
In the meantime I am getting ready for some upcoming meetings I have in NYC in may at the Stationery Show and some fun times again with some old friends as well.
